All our items are handmade by me, which means that each one is not going to be exactly the same!

I try to make sure that I upload new items to the website at least twice a month! 
 
We mainly ship to the US and Canada, but if you are an international customer, please reach out! We will try to accommodate your order to the best of our abilities!
Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the items, and also depends upon the shipping option chosen by the customer. We always keep an eye out for any overages, and strive to refund these overages as soon as we can!
 
If changes or cancellations need to be made, please make sure to reach out to us through contact@bumblebrook.com as soon as you can! We will try our best to work with you, but we would need to have correspondence about any changes or cancellations begin within 24 hours of the order.
 
Please send an email to contact@bumblebrook.com within a week of receiving the items! We will try to work with you on an acceptable solution for both parties, and that can include a full refund or shop credit with the item returned, or a partial shop credit.
 
Please remember that because all of these items are handmade, they will not always look exactly like the image of the item on the website. Small imperfections may exist, but please don't let that keep you from contacting us if you believe that your item is damaged or defective! Please send us a message at contact@bumble.brook.com, or through any of the other avenues of contact we detailed above.
 
Please spot clean the wings! Do not use bleach or put into a washer/dryer. It should be dried flat. When it comes to the lovies, blankets, or doll clothes, please wash on cold and dry on low. Again, please do not use bleach.
